Change to Sim only

Hi my contract has ended and I am staying with ID but Sim only. I have received a SIM with a new number. I haven’t activated it  as i need to keep my existing number. How do i check that this isn’t a new contract? My account still shows the existing contract details.

Hello @skiwhizz,

When you log into the iD app/account, does this show the plan you’ve requested to change to?

Or the old plan?


If it shows the old plan, then you’ve ordered a new contract and would need to cancel this.

If it’s the new plan, then you’ve successfully upgraded the plan and the number can be switched when you activate the SIM.
