Data rollover

I changed my plan on the 18/7 from 500 to 1000mb. My refresh date was 21/7, so 3 days before refresh date. On my bill received 21/7 It says the amount you rolled over from the previous month to last month was (-922). How have they worked that out?

Hey @MojoB,

When changing your plan, you will not be able to carry data over from that current month as you need to be on the plan for a full month before data rollover kicks in.

Thank you for your reply. I get that my data won't rollover due to the change of plan. But wouldn't that mean that the rollover figure is nil, not minus 922? Sorry if I'm being thick but I can't work out why it's a minus figure?

Hi @MojoB,

This could be due to changing the plan partway through a billing month because it works out allowances based on part of the month on the old plan and part of the month on the new plan.

If you feel this is affecting your overall usage then please let us know and we can take a look.
