How can I upgrade to a SIM-only once my contract finishes?

Hi,

My contract ends on the 28th of August but I don't get the option of changing my plan to a Sim only plan. My bill for the next month is exactly the same amount even though the handset has already been paid off. How can I change this? I don't want a phone upgrade. Thank you

Hello @Miaccol,

 

In the last 20-days of the contract (so in the next 2 days) you can log into the account and follow these steps:

Log-in and click My Account

Click on Upgrade Now

Scroll down till you find the SIM Only option

Select the plan you want to upgrade to

 

Don’t worry about your bill, as you’ll receive a pro-rata bill the next month following the upgrade, so any line rental charged in advance past your upgrade date would be refunded and recalculated.
