Is it possible to start a 24month contract WITHOUT the sim that comes with the phone at a reduced price? I currently pay £10 a month on my current contract with ID Mobile however I have no need for the contract that comes with the phone I am interested to purchase on a 24month contract

24-month contracts would always be a phone and SIM contract.
If you’re simply looking for a new phone without a contract then you’d need to look elsewhere to potentially lease one, or buy a SIM-Free device. Carphone Warehouse may have options there for you.
