Had a message come up saying i'm eligable to upgrade
I've selected Sim only
I received the Sim and put it in my phone
I gave the serial number of the new sim to someone at customer services as I wanted to keep my old number
Was told to switch phone off and back on for this to take place
Still have the new number not old one.
Rang back ,was told by a different person that i can't keep my old number!
Asked for the manager to give me a call back, this was 5 hours ago and no one has rung me back...
Not happy
