I am having to upgrade my personal phone plan because I am working from home and my employer won’t provide me with a phone.
I currently pay £13.99 and only get 200 minutes, this is not enough for my work, I need unlimited.
I’m happy to swap texts for minutes or some way I can keep the cost low.

Hi, Thanks, I have looked at the changes that are available to me, however they all involve getting more data, all I need is more minutes.
Is there any way I can just change my plan to unlimited minutes?

Are you on a handset plan or a SIM-only contract?
For SIM-only contracts, we may be able to look at getting a plan that has more minutes, but if you’re on a handset contract, the plans shown to you are the only ones that would be available.
You can use Whatsapp to make audio calls that only uses data/WiFi instead of using your minutes.
