i went through the process of ordering a phone last night. i received order confirmation. then this morning i received this email:

We apologise that due to the popularity of our current offers, we’re currently experiencing minor delays in processing orders ready for dispatch.
We are confident however that we will be able to prepare your order in the next 3-5 days. We’ll email you again to confirm when your order has been successfully processed and dispatched.
Once again thank you for being an iD customer, and we apologise that on this rare occasion we have been unable to provide our normal delivery service.
The iD Team

DOES THIS MEAN IVE BEEN ACCEPTED FOR THE PHONE. IM CONFUSED

Hey @Berridge93emma

Yes, this email is a confirmation that your order is being prepared for dispatch and you have been approved. You should receive another email when your phone/sim will be posted to you. If your contract was declined you would receive an email stating that " your order had been cancelled as you had failed the security checks. "

Kind Regards
