My mum does not have an account as she went instore to buy her sim card, and doesn't use Internet. We would like to change the sim card as there is a cheaper one you have available. How does she do this?? As there is no account, I have registered to get this far on her behalf. Any help would be grarefully recieved.

Would you be able to assist her with changing her SIM plan through her online account? It may need registering first of all if she has never logged in before. She can register for an account using this link. Let us know how it goes.
