We don’t support the facility to pause and resume a contract, sorry about that.
Are you on a SIM-only plan?
You can look at changing plans here: https://community.idmobile.co.uk/plan-change-69/how-to-change-your-plan-31884
Switching to a cheaper option if it’s not in use may help, then switch back to a new plan when you’ll be using it.
