upgrade confirmation

I applied for an upgrade to a sim only deal through the app 10 days ago but have not had a confirmation email to say it’s gone through- there was a pending transaction of £0.01 on my account which had disappeared do I need to re-try? Don’t want to trigger another credit check unnecessarily. Cannot get hold of anyone to discuss this with.

When you look at your tariff one the App, have your allowances changed at all to match the requested SIM only upgrade you attempted?

No it wasnt showing. I’ve  reapplied and it seems to have gone through this time.
