I have been through the checkout for my upgrade several times and the checkout just wont complete. However. ID has taken 1p each time so part of the process works but not the important one. The information on my card and the information on my ID account say the same. a dialogue box says to ring the help line which is closed. so what is happening and and how do we correct this.
