Upgrade sim

I upgraded my phone yesterday and all the new information appears on the on-line dashboard, but I've transferred my old sim to the new phone and I can't get connection to the network. Have I put the sim in the phone incorrectly or does it need ID to change it over?

Welcome to the iD community!

Did your new phone come with a new SIM card too? If so, this SIM may have to be used. If not, then the old SIM should just work without an issue.

Have you tried the SIM card in your old phone to see if it still works?
