My next bill is on 20 Oct. Im due for an upgrade. If I upgrade this week and receive my new mobil by next week...can I use my new mobil before 20 Oct or do I have to wait for the new bill?

You’ll be able to use the phone fine from the day you get it.
The moment you choose an upgrade through your account, you’ll switch to that new tariff you chose (usually on the SIM you already have) within 24 hours at the latest.
