upgrading from a 1 month contract.

Hi,

I am currently on a 1 month sim only contract but I am looking at upgrading to a new handset pay monthly contract. Will I have to cancel my 1month contract and swap my number over manually or will this be done automatically?

    you get a new simcard with the  new handset , you have a sim only deal without a contract … it’ll be a fresh connection .. you’ll need to port ur number over  from your old simcard, you’ll need the PAC code which u can get from your ID account...

    Hi @Aimeelousp 

    If your already an iD customer then everything will be handled automatically so that you’re simply  upgrading to a Pay Monthly contract and paying for the new Pay Monthly contract.

    This will all be done on your existing SIM.

    You may receive a new SIM with your new phone, but it’s just in case your current one doesn’t fit, you don’t need to use it, as your old one should work just fine.
