1 month sim only contract upgrade to 24 month phone contract

I am currently on a new 1 month sim only contract but looking at deals being offered I now want to upgrade to a 24 month phone and data contract.  My app says upgrade available from April 2025 and not from the end of my 1 month any suggestions as to why this is

As @Daz_S advised you’ll need to wait until 6 months have passed.

We can’t guarantee what you’ll be eligible for in the future as you’ll only see eligible offers at the time of upgrading.

Hi there @Danny.w you need to have 6 months under your belt before you’re eligible for an upgrade.

my sim only contract ends soon and I’m looking to upgrade to an iPhone 16, I’ve seen one on uswitch still with id mobile contract but on the app it’s a different price how would I go about this? I’m looking to trade my phone in also
