Adult Content Filter not switching off.

Getting a bit frustrated with this now.

I have tried everything that I have already seen in the community posts and it’s still not working…

some of the sites I work with for my job require adult content feature to turn off due to sensitive information. I can’t access anything. I’ve turned it on and off in the app multiple times whilst waiting at least an hour. I’ve even done it on the website instead of the app and still nothing.

I never had any of these issues whilst on o2 but I didn’t want to keep paying their ludicrous price to compared what I am paying now.

Hey there @NathanJohnson98, we’re sorry to hear that.

If adult content filtering is turned off and the sites still say that using data, then unfortunately, this is likely because Three UK have blocked it, and we have no control over this, so can only advise to use Wi-Fi for these sites when possible.

We’re very sorry about that.

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi @NathanJohnson98

I’m sorry to hear this, are you sure your browser/device settings aren’t also interfering with this?

Are you blocked from the same websites on Wi-Fi as well as data or just data?

Tom

No, WiFi works fine so all is good when I’m home but when I’m travelling around, I can’t access my employers website which is due to the age restrictions in place for the website.

my browser isn’t interfering as well, it says it’s being handled by an administrator or an account with higher permissions type of message but I never had this issue before until I switched network and I’ve tried everything. How come this is happening?
