I gave my notice that I wasn't  wanting to renew my contract a month ago and that I was going to be changing to a sim monthly plan.

I would like to know why I have had another direct debit payment come off today?

Billing would continue as normal through to the date the disconnection takes place.

 

Have you scheduled a disconnection and then afterwards requested a PAC code by chance?
