Hi everyone,
I ordered an Id mobile sim/phone via mobiles.co.uk on the 12/08/24 and due to signal issues where I live, I had to return the phone/sim on 22/08/24.
I spoke with someone from ID who confirmed the cancellation and no outstanding payments.
I got an email on 31/8/24 thanking me for payment received.
I then got an email on the 9/9/2024 saying I have an outstanding balance.
Can someone help?
