hi I ordered the new contract with the phone and the Sim card and I received them two days ago but I would like to change the plan to unlimited data

When you wrote:

I thought you’d bought a phone and SIM deal but was on a limited amount of data. Then you changed your mind and wanted unlimited data

Also I can’t cancel the plan, but you might if you contact iD as it sounds like you’re still within the time limit.

You can do this using by referring back to post number 2.

Hi there @Mehran Ghanavat 

Well, according to this link - 

- it states the following:

If you’re on a 24-month Pay Monthly Phone plan, then you can upgrade two calendar months before the end of your contract. If you have purchased or upgraded to a SIM Only Deal, you can upgrade to a new Pay Monthly Phone plan after 6 months

 

But I guess you could try either their live chat facility:

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

Live Chat is available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

 

Or even their sales team (this might give you an answer quicker):

The iD Mobile sales team are available on 020 7139 1397 and their sales advisers work 9am - 6pm.

For plan changes, we’d recommend checking your iD Mobile app/website while logged in (after having registered), however one may not be available to you at this time.
