I upgraded my plan to get more data. This was on 4th April.
I still have not got my extra data? Was sent a new sim but told I didn't have to use it. My ID app says i have 40gb but in settings on phone it says 2gb and getting a usage warning. Can somebody please advise

Hey there @Clare Leiper, welcome to Community!

 

When you upgrade mid-plan cycle, your new data won’t be fully added until the first billing cycle is completed, and your plan will be pro-rata for payments and data until the first payment is taken for the new plan. This is because you’re changing mid-plan, therefore, you’ll get a mixture of your old and new plans data allowances and payments, as you’re not having a full month of either plan, if that makes sense?
