I have a 12 month contract which expires at the end of this month. I want to renew it so how do I go about this? Is there a way I can set this to auto renew or get the same contract? Will i need to order a new sim?

Okay @emlambert2013, if you do nothing at the end of your 12-month minimum term, you’ll keep the same allowances and monthly payment but as a 1-month rolling contract.

Once your 12-month minimum term finishes, you can choose to change or upgrade.

Hi @emlambert2013

I’d recommend the same above as @andewhite, your contract will continue at the rate it currently is after the contracted period, unless you decide to do something (Upgrade, Leave etc).
