Hi. My contract ends in 57 days. I am on a sim on plan 24 month contract. I want to upgrade early and to a plan with a phone this time. Could anyone point me in the right direction please? TIA!

I think you can only upgrade early if you’ve got a 24-month minimum term handset contract,

Thanks Andrew. Just had a chat with ID and it turns out it is a handset contract not sim only (so many phones in the house I lose track!) The date on my account said I could upgrade August, I didn’t realise that was the early upgrade date. My actual contract ends in October. I shall be hanging on by a thread waiting 😬
