End of Contract Notification


Hi ID Mobile Team,

I am due to renew my contract in the next few days. Attempting to doing this today, i receive an upgrade deal of 12 Month Sim Only for £10 a month, Unlimited data, Unlimited  text & Unlimited Minutes, however, when i select upgrade, the page bring me to the basket with another plan.

How can I receive the plan that has been recommended and advertised on my home page when i log in as an upgrade deal?

If there is an error when adding to basket that it adds the wrong plan, I’d recommend calling our sales team on 02071391397.

This is what selecting (Upgrade) bring me too - How is this possible?
