move contacted ID mobile direct on there contact tel no. Where they once again took all my relevant details & confirmed my Gift Card ref No. Was told wait 24- 48 hrs & it will be activated when I visit Currys.
Sadly NOT.
Manager Aden claimed he has emailed Currys Medics Team who should sort this issue.
I also learned the Medics Team are working on a skeleton crew.
Was told to go confirm all my Account details with ID mobile guy. Which I did again.
Was finally told after going around in circles it’s possible we should have been sent E gift in form of email???? Not An actual Gift Card.
Crazy as they send a courier to ur house from Royal Mail for which you have to provide a specific pin to take delivery of Gift Card
We can put a Man on the Moon, but Currys can’t sort Customers Gift Cards!
Beggars Belief!
Curry’s Continue giving Customers the run around.
& Customers are left with No Support???
