Thanks for your help. I actually got advised to contact TradeUpHelp when I spoke to someone on the live chat app and got this response:

"If you are looking to trade-in your old device after taking up a new contract with ID mobile, we will be happy to wait to trade-in your new device once you have received your new handset."

So I've ordered the upgrade and started the trade-in process.

Question i have regarding this offer as see they have the offer again between 08/01/25 - 14/02/25.

My mobile is a PIXEL 6 Pro in working and good condition.

is the £200 a up to offer or is it £200 even for pixel 6 pro?

Currently with BT and want to switch to id Mobile.

Step 2:
£200 Enhanced Trade-In value must be claimed by visiting www.idmobile.co.uk/trade-in and completing a claim form. The claim form must be completed in order for promotional payment to be made.
