Hi @Pclifford

Thank you for getting in touch.

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.

Can you please expand on what has happened? Have you activated an eSIM on your current handset?

Thanks,

Natalie

It was a physical ID sim that came with my new phone and contract,, I am already with ID but on a rolling contract,,, and instead of setting a new sim I did it as a replacement sim,,

Let’s clarify: you wanted to purchase a new plan, but instead you ordered a replacement SIM for your existing plan?

No,,, I already got a new phone and sim on ID network from mobiles. Co. UK.. When I went to activate the sim I did it as a replacement sim my mistake,,, as I am already with ID,, so my new sim has gone onto my my rolling contract,, instead of my new contract

Ah, gotcha!

The quickest way to get a replacement SIM for your new contract is to visit a local Curry’s store. If your new phone supports eSIM, you can ask a live chat agent to email you one. With an eSIM, you’ll be up and running in minutes!
