How long are the contracts for plan changes?


My 24 month contract is coming to an end and when browsing the available plans, there is no contract length stated. I assume it is one month for each and will continue until cancelled, but this is not stated plainly anywhere in the app.

It’s just a plan change with no minimum term so your service would just continue on a month by month basis as a SIM only. You can then upgrade your handset at any point if you wanted to or just carry on as you are.

Changing your plan won’t increase the minimum length of your contract. If your new plan isn't absolutely perfect, you can move back to your original plan after 31 days (as long as it's still available), or pick a different plan from the list of those available to you.

My contract is almost over. The plans do not state the length of the contract, only minutes, messages, data and cost. Are they 1 month contracts, 12 months? It doesn't say
