i want to keep my phone and go sim only


Upgrade time and contract over and I want to go sim only on a 1 month at a time contract. 

When going to upgrade plans or even the change plan pages, I have little to no options. 

The only sim only deal I get offered is a 24 month contract and I don't want that. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

Try calling the iD Mobile iD sales team on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours. They should be able to upgrade you to a 1 month, SIM-only plan.

Thanks for that. I'll give it a go. 

Tbh I wasn't sure if it's because it's an early upgrade option and I'm still in contract if you know what I mean.

@Glynn332 As in your case you were unsure how to proceed, so it's always better to ask the questions and hopefully get the correct response back to be on the safe side.

Once your contracted period has finished, you should see SIM only upgrade options in the app, if you aren’t seeing a deal there that isn’t right for you, we’d recommend the same as ​@WelshPaul above to call the sales team and see what they can do for you.

Thank you all for your help. Very impressed so far with the amount of help relieved here so far. I will be contacting the phone number provided and hopefully sorting on Tuesday next week due to Easter etc. Thanks once again.
