At the beginning of April, I upgraded my mobile plan to include 120 GB of data along with unlimited texts and minutes. However, I just realized that I’ve only been given 1.5 GB instead of the 120 GB I’m paying for.
I’ve been trying to contact customer service for three days straight, multiple times a day, using the live chat — but I haven't received any response. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I feel like I have no way to resolve this issue.
Is there any other way to get in touch with someone who can help?
I just want the plan I signed up for, and some acknowledgment that this issue is being looked into.
