Incorrect Data Plan and No Customer Support Response


Hi,
At the beginning of April, I upgraded my mobile plan to include 120 GB of data along with unlimited texts and minutes. However, I just realized that I’ve only been given 1.5 GB instead of the 120 GB I’m paying for.

I’ve been trying to contact customer service for three days straight, multiple times a day, using the live chat — but I haven't received any response. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I feel like I have no way to resolve this issue.

Is there any other way to get in touch with someone who can help?
I just want the plan I signed up for, and some acknowledgment that this issue is being looked into.

I just clicked the live chat link, and after entering my info, I was connected to a live chat agent within seconds.

LOL  At least you got something — every time I try, all I get is the same sweet breakup line:
“I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.”
I think I’m in a toxic relationship with the live chat
