Invoice not accepted for Samsung Chromebook claim

Samsung isn't accepting the ID invoice for my new S24.  This is required to claim the Chromebook.

The invoice is meant to contain four items:

  1. Name of company
  2. Product name
  3. Amount paid for item
  4. Date

Numbers 1 & 4 are there but 2 & 3 are not very clear on the invoice.  I suspect these are the issue, but Samsung is only telling me something is missing, not what is missing.

Can I get a better invoice?
