invoice required for samsung chromebook claim


I upgraded my phone on 24/12/24 and need an invoice containing: product model name, retailer and date of purchase.  No invoice was emailed at the time of upgrade just a confirmation email. There is also no documents in my online account I can use. How do I get an invoice?

Can someone contact me please? I purchased the phone upgrade on 14/1/24 and now have the new phone and can see updated plan but have had no contact with proof of purchase or invoice.

Hi Tyler
