Is there a number to phone to speak to an agent about upgrades?

Is there a number to phone to speak to an actually human agent about upgrade options? I can only find the automatic phone line and I want to discuss my upgrade options with an advisor. Can someone tell me if there is a phone number I can call?

    Yes iD have a sales number and they should be able to sort your upgrade out - call 020 7139 1397. They only operate during normal office hours.
