I am currently on a Sim only contract with IDMobile but saw a deal on IDmobiles website for a PAYM contract. I have signed up for that contract and will receive the phone today but have found out you cant port a number through the same network.
To avoid a ‘triangle port’, can IDMobile match the PAYM deal I saw on their website so that I can cancel the new contract but keep the phone due to be received today and have it as an ‘upgrade’ instead of a new contract?
Incidentally, I am outside of my minimum contract on my Sim only deal so surprised that the ‘upgrade’ deals currently available aren’t even close to new contracts being offered on IDMobiles own website?
