No. I have triple check my emails including junk box and nothing has been sent out.

• What date you ordered
• What your ordered (Make and model of device, with storage and colour)
• Where you ordered from
• What plan you ordered (Data, calls, texts, price per month)

When you signed up also, did you receive an email confirming we’d acknowledged that you’d signed up for the £50.00 gift card too?
