Hi , I ordered 2 upgrades by accident, I only want 1, what do i do? Thanks

Looking into our Sales system, it doesn’t look like either upgrade has processed. Don’t worry! Your still eligible to Upgrade.

Morning @Breeze Lolly,

If you accidentally upgraded the same Mobile Number twice, one of them will flag on our system and cancel automatically.

Thanks, but I only wanted a particular colour? I also have had no email confirmation my upgrade so no idea if its gone through, thanks 😊
