I'm out of contract and away on holiday. I want to go on to a sim only until I get back to UK to reduce my costs. But when I click change plan on the app, it still shows a higher price option?

We are sorry to hear your app is not offering suitable deal for the SIM only plan. 

When you say its offering higher prices, do you mean higher than your current plan or prices online please?

Yes. I want to reduce the cost until I get back to UK then look at my options
