paid my contract yet my services dont work

My account got suspended as I forgot to update payment details. As soon as I recieved the text today I paid it, but my services don’t work, minutes calls data etc.

 

impossible to get through to someone in the phone 

please help

    Hey @Lewisjgriff96,

    Have you been reconnected? It can take between 2 and 24 hours for your services tor resume. If it’s been more than 24 hours and you’ve still not been reconnected, try removing and reinserting your iD Mobile SIM, then restart your phone.
