Hi, I've have a Google pixel 7a on contract until May 2025. I'm having battery problems. It's only lasting for around and hour, if I'm lucky, when in use. I don't use phone during the day at work but the battery is dead by the end of the day.

Surely a phones use should last as long as the contract at least.

I don't have loads of apps, don't play games, I only really use for emails, social media, and calls.

Is there any rules when in a contract and when the phone is not working properly?

Hi @Sharon Light

I’m sorry to hear this, in a case such as this we’d recommend taking the device to your local Currys store or speaking to Google directly to explore warranty/repair options.
