Plan ugrade is different on app than what email says


Recently i got offered an upgrade on my plan to pay £10/month for 120GB as opposed to £12/month for 100GB. I got an email confirmation for this but when i go onto my app it says my plan is £10/month for 1.5GB. 
 

I’m worried i wont have enough data next month as i go through a lot doing university work outside of home. Not sure who to call as it seems ID mobile do not have a number and the automated chat bot service is not working, any advice?

Don't have answer but would like follow post as i have same issue ! Hope it's just an app glitch

Hey there ​@sasha.maz & ​@Aleksaleks, sorry to hear this.

 

To confirm, you’ve both upgraded over the past few days, and it shows your both on a £10.00 plan for 1.5GB, is that correct?

 

To speak to the live-chat bot to confirm ​@sasha.maz, you need to contact during opening hours and ask to speak to an agent, as I can see you wrote this at 10pm.

@Tyler Yes, paperwork shows £10 pm with 120gb but the app shows £10 pm with only 1.5gb and i belive ​@sasha.maz is having same issue

@Tyler  obviously at the moment I have some data left over but once that gone 1.5gb is nothing
