Recently i got offered an upgrade on my plan to pay £10/month for 120GB as opposed to £12/month for 100GB. I got an email confirmation for this but when i go onto my app it says my plan is £10/month for 1.5GB.
I’m worried i wont have enough data next month as i go through a lot doing university work outside of home. Not sure who to call as it seems ID mobile do not have a number and the automated chat bot service is not working, any advice?
