Poor Service from Currys & lityle support ID Mobile


Despite receiving messages from ID mobile claiming to attempt helping me with my Gift Card.

I’m still at a standstill.

No response from Curry's store,  since they were sent an email from Rob last Friday in store concerning Gift Card activation.

Will somebody please offer support. 
No point giving a customer a Gift Card that’s not been activated.

it appears other people experiencing same problem.

Still Waiting for Support with Gift Card. As are lot of other Customers.


Who can Support me with this Gift Card. 1wk 3days now still No Support from Currys & ID Mobile to simply Activate £50 Gift Card?????
