tarrif change in the App

Hi all. I'm wondering in anyone has any info please. I'm looking to change my Sim only deal in the App. If I select a tariff, it says proceed etc etc.. and a new sim will ne sent to me blah blah blah. But I don't want a new sim as I wish to keep my current mobile number and just c hange over. I'm not able to transfer a current ID number to ID as I'm already with them. 

It doesn't give me much info on just changing tarriff and keeping my number.  Only says new sim to be sent etc. So does anyone have any info on how I can just change the tariff and stay as I am. Thanks guys.

Hey there ​@CaffCat, if you’re looking to keep your number with us, you’d simply need to either upgrade or plan change. If a new SIM was to be sent out, it’d still be with your current phone number, so long as you only upgraded or changed plan via your login.

 

If you ordered a completely separate, new plan, then that’s when your number wouldn’t be kept and both plans would then be active, new and old.
