If you want a new connection but don’t want to keep your existing number, then you need to submit a cancellation request for your existing plan. Information on how to do just that can be read below:

If you’re looking to upgrade your plan and change the number associated with it, these are two separate actions. You’d upgrade your plan and get in touch with us so that we can assist with a number change to a new, random one.

Or as ​@WelshPaul suggests above, you can purchase a new, separate plan (which would come with a fresh number) and then cancel your existing plan.

Please note however a new purchase would be subject to a new credit check.
