Upgrade from contract to SIM - Now being charged twice!

Hi

My contract for ended and I used the website to upgrade to a SIM only contract for £12. Now I am charged both amounts.

I can’t activate the SIM for some reason either. If I cancel the SIM I will receive a penalty.

How do I put this right? I need help from a company representative.

It sounds like you’ve instead of ordering an upgrade, purchased a completely new plan.

 

You’ll need to arrange a return of the new SIM only plan and instead await your contracted term to end for your existing plan so that it can be upgraded to a SIM only plan.
