Hey - hoping someone here can help as so far the dedicated CS have not been able to!
I’ve been with ID mobile on a £10, 70GB contract for years but saw an upgrade offer on my account earlier offering 120GB data and a voucher for the same price - seemed like a win-win to me!
I accepted this offer but never received any email confirmation. I queried this with CS who confirmed it was indeed being processed.
I’ve just accessed my account again, a few hours after putting in the upgrade, and my data allowance has reduced to 1.5GB a month - far short of what I agreed to.
Anyone know if this is a technical glitch?
CS said I’d have to contact them again tomorrow and the sales team just pointed me back in the direction of CS …
