Upgrade period, Unable to locate SIM Only Plans

Hi,

As the title suggests, I am currently at the end of my phones contract and was looking to keep this phone and move onto an Unlimited data SIM Only contract instead.

However, Looking at the Dashboard and onto Changing Plan it says there are no plans available and to check back later.

If there is anything that I can do about this other than changing provider then I would be grateful.
