upgrading my plan


On the ID app it shows me numerous upgrade options to change my existing pay monthly sim plan. However when I choose the option I want and try to checkout it always comes back with an error.

Try calling the iD Mobile iD sales team on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours. They should be able to arrange an upgrade for you, hassle free!
