want to change to sim only plan

My contract ends in a month and although I get the upgrade option, there is no option to step down to a sim only plan. 

Can someone suggest what I do now please

Once your contracted period has finished, you should see SIM only upgrade options in the app, if you aren’t seeing a deal there that isn’t right for you, try calling the iD Mobile iD sales team on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.
