I’ve already contacted curry’s but no reply and no confirmation even though I have tracked delivery. ID need to do better here, you can’t sit and promote a trade in and it take ages to come through.

sent on Thursday, iPhone 13 it was delivered on Monday as per my tracking receipt and I’ve received no confirmation.

Yes I’m aware but they hadn’t even confirmed on their side they had received it. Anyway I received an email today following my call to Curry’s yesterday that I will receive the full payment so all sorted.
